Project: Crew and Vessel Management Contract
AES Scope: Manning of crew and technical management of vessel

Project: Crew and Personnel Management Contract
AES Scope: Recruitment and management of crew across fleet consisting of  15 vessels including tankers, dump barges, security boats, tugs boats, and offshore supply vessels. The contract includes management of office staff.
Over 200 personnel across vessels and office.

Project: Provision of Accommodation Barge Lancelot for Turn Around Maintenance of Bonga FPSO
AES Scope: Marine consultancy services including processing temporary importation permit, inward and outward clearance, the exportation of barge upon project completion, Cabotage documentation, provision of the local marine crew, and provision of catering services using a third-party service provider.

Project: Owner representation during purchase, delivery, manning, and management of the vessel. Condition assessment and supervision of reactivation of a laid-up DP2 PSV.
AES Scope: Timely response to mobilize foreign and local crew. Successful takeover of the vessel in Dakar, Senegal, and delivery to Ajapa Field, offshore Warri, Delta State. Vessel management.
Oversee the reactivation and restoration of DP2 PSV.

Project: Boiler and heat exchanger inspection, corrective actions, and optimization.
AES Scope: Provision of boiler and heat exchanger inspection, corrective actions, and optimization at City Gate, Ehgc. Calabar.

Project: Marine consultancy services
AES Scope: Provide advice and support in the acquisition of Fast Support and Intervention Vessel (FSIV) for one of Alkane’s clients. Provide guidance for setting up of marine logistics team. Recruitment of complete crew complement for the newly built vessel.

Project: Trucking Service
AES Scope: Provision of Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) Trucking Service

Project: Procurement Services
AES Scope: Procurement of non-asbestos sheet gasket

Projects: a) Casting of new refractory insulation material and re-installation of Door on Boiler 1 . (b) Validation and calibration of transmitters.
AES Scope: Repair of Viessmann Vitoplex 200 thermal insulation door at City Gate, Calabar. Validation and calibration of transmitters for IGFR& UCPF.

Project: Outsourced manpower services
AES Scope: Recruitment and management of over 350 personnel of various disciplines across several project locations. This included induction and on-boarding, welfare management, and payroll administration.

Project: Procurement for E & P’s Alakiri, Cawthorne Channel, and Krakama Gas Plant / Flow Stations.
AES Scope: Equipment and material procurement for the revamp of the Electrical, Mechanical, and Process Systems.
