Our leadership is committed to providing and maintaining a management system that always complies with  the IS0 9001:2015, ISO45001:2018 & 14001:2015 standards, regulatory and other applicable requirements.  We continuously strive to maintain a visibly safe and healthy workplace, safe working methods, and the provision of safe equipment. We consider workplace quality, health, safety and environment to be an integral and vital part of the successful performance of any job.

We are committed to achieving the above by:

• Integrating occupational health and safety into all aspects of our operations
• Identifying hazards, assessing risk and implementing control measures in our work environment, eliminating or minimizing the exposure to workplace hazards to our employees, consultants, and visitors.

• Implementing visitor management procedures, site inductions, and access controls to ensure visitor safety and compliance with workplace rules.

• Ensuring that relevant local and international health and safety legislations that apply to working conditions and the work environment are complied with

• Developing and implementing safe work procedures for all our work
• Establishing and maintaining emergency response plans and procedures, conducting regular drills and training to ensure the preparedness of all personnel to manage emergencies effectively.

• Encouraging a preventive action culture with all personnel engaging in safe behaviours, no-blame incident reporting, and active feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

• Ensuring that a permit is issued before the commencement of any non-routine task both in the office and operation sites.

• Attempting to reduce all identified quality, health, safety and environmental risks.
• Ensuring continuous communication with workers and other parties to address quality, health, safety and environmental issues and improve decision-making on workplace health and safety matters

• Ensuring that we foster mental health and wellbeing, providing resources and support to address mental health

• Reviewing the Health and Safety policy and procedures periodically
• Providing clients services that consistently meet their requirements and exceed performance expectations.

• Maintaining the highest quality standards in our work systems, services, equipment, and operations.
• Maintaining efficient supplier and service provider selection process.
• Minimising the impact of our operations on the environment through managing resources efficiently and striving to eliminate pollution in all operations.

• Setting targets and objectives within the scope of the quality, health, safety and environmental management system to achieve continuous improvement and sustainable development.

• Complying with, or exceeding, our environmental obligations, including taking on initiative regarding environmental legislation that affects our business.
